TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Case No. qd_ 22$ NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS You are hereby notified that on October /.:5—:1 1986, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against the above named Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose an Agreement for Installment Pur- chase of Real Estate described as follows: Lot Two (2), Island Acres No. 11, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, entered into by Defendant Meiner as Buyer, and with the Plaintiff as Seller; that as a part of the same transaction and for value received, Defendant Meiner and Defendant Dennis R. Samuelson, jointly and severally, guaranteed payment of $40,000 of the con- sideration set forth in said Agreement by making, executing and delivery to the Plaintiff their Promissory Note for the sum of $40,000. Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Agreement and Promissory Note given by Defendant Meiner and Defendant Samuelson the sum of $42,699.52, including interest computed to and including October 31, 1986, and with interest accruing there- after commencing November 1, 1986, at $18.72 per diem, and for additional costs and advances necessary to protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for strict fore- closure of said agreement.
