SAMUELSON, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Case No. qd_ 22$ <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on October /.:5—:1 1986, The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, against the above named Defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to foreclose an Agreement for Installment Pur- <br />chase of Real Estate described as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Island Acres No. 11, in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />entered into by Defendant Meiner as Buyer, and with the Plaintiff <br />as Seller; that as a part of the same transaction and for value <br />received, Defendant Meiner and Defendant Dennis R. Samuelson, <br />jointly and severally, guaranteed payment of $40,000 of the con- <br />sideration set forth in said Agreement by making, executing and <br />delivery to the Plaintiff their Promissory Note for the sum of <br />$40,000. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Agreement <br />and Promissory Note given by Defendant Meiner and Defendant <br />Samuelson the sum of $42,699.52, including interest computed to <br />and including October 31, 1986, and with interest accruing there- <br />after commencing November 1, 1986, at $18.72 per diem, and for <br />additional costs and advances necessary to protect the real estate <br />security during these proceedings, and praying for strict fore- <br />closure of said agreement. <br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Corporation, Plaintiff <br />By MAYER & BURNS, Attorneys <br />305 Norwest Bank Building <br />P.O.
