<br />MABEL M. STROHBEHN, a single person, herein called the
<br />Grantor, acting by and through ALYCE L. FRAHM, Grantor's
<br />attorney -in -fact under the Power of Attorney of Mabel M.
<br />Strohbehn, the original of which is marked Exhibit A, at-
<br />tached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, the
<br />said Mabel M. Strohbehn now being confined to the Heritage
<br />Village North, Grand Island, Nebraska, in a state of dis-
<br />ability and incapacity within the meaning of paragraph 19 of
<br />-- the attached Exhibit A, and acting to the extent of her
<br />present ability for herself by placing her mark "X" as her
<br />voluntary signature hereto, for and in consideration of the
<br />sum of ONE AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION
<br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto MARY K. FRAHM, a single person, the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Thirty -two (32), Russell Wheeler
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebtaska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the
<br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that i am
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except easements of record, and that I have
<br />good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and I
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
