Peterson and Susan J. Peterson, husband and wife, to <br />Mortgage Plus Incorporated, dated November 13, 1979 and filed of <br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document 79- 007473, creating a security interest in <br />Lot Seven, in Block Four, in Rollins' Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska was duly foreclosed in this <br />court in a certain case wherein IntraWest Mortgage Company was <br />Plaintiff and the said Robert M. Peterson at.d Susan J. Peterson were <br />Defendants, and the lien of said Mortgage was satisfied and dis- <br />charged by sale under said Decree, the payment of the selling <br />price and confirmation of sale. I further certify that the Deed <br />of Trust given by Dick L.
