<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely, Kuester Lake, Inc., here-
<br />by consents to the conditional assignment to FirsTier Bank, N.A.,
<br />Grand Island , (Secured Party),
<br />by Joseph A. Sonneland and Sara W. Sonneland (Debtors), of
<br />a Lease dated October 1 , 19 86 , wherein Klzester Lake, Inc.,
<br />is the Lessor, and Joseph A. Sonneland and Sara W. Sonneland
<br />is (are) the Lessee, such lease commenced October 1 , 1986,
<br />and terminates September 30, 2021 , and pertains to:
<br />Lots 1, 2, and 3 on the West side of the West portion of Fuester
<br />Lake, in a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SW4)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (111 North, Range Nine
<br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, having a
<br />lake front footage of 155 Feet, and bordered on the Northerly
<br />side of said lots and on the Easterly side of said Lot 1 by a
<br />colon road, as shown on a plat in the possession of the Lessor;
<br />and now more particularly described as follows: With reference
<br />to the center of said Section 13, thence running on an assumed
<br />bearing of N 90" 00' 00" W on the North line of said NEkSWk a
<br />distance of 699.12 feet; thence running S 01" 21' 33" E a dis-
<br />tance of 39.24 feet; thence running S 84. 49' 41" W a distance
<br />of 49.45 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
<br />S 84" 49' 41" W a distance of 183.56 feet; thence S 14" 34' 02" E
<br />a distance of 118.93 feet; thence N 89" 58' 27" E a distance of
<br />59.82 feet; thence S 74" 14' 13" E a distance of 91.35 feet;
<br />thence N 01" 53' 35" E a distance of 156.53 feet to the POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING; said tract containing 21,645 square feet, more or
<br />less.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents,
<br />was given by said Debtors to FirsTier Bank, N.A., Grand Island
<br />(Secured Party) as addi-
<br />tional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of
<br />$ 80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand and no /100) , and a Financing Statement
<br />or mortgage covering the above described premises and securing pay-
<br />ment of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond)
<br />is paid.
