Blackburn <br />stoe") and Five Points Bank ( "Benef is ary ") . <br />ing'the following described property: <br />The East 293 feet and 4 inches of the west 586 feet and 8 inches of the South nine <br />(9) acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E }SE}) of Section Four (4), <br />Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M. The nine acres <br />being the land described in Book 58, Page 124 of Hall County records, conveyed to <br />Otto H.
