NOTICE OF DEFAULT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 86-- 105'799 WHEREAS, Darrel E. Schwaderer and Carmen D. Schwaderer, hus- band and wife, Trustor, on the 20th day of October, 1983, made, executed and delivered to John A. Wolf, as Trustee, a Trust Deed covering the following described property: Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2) of Harrison's Subdivision of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWhSEh) of Section Eight (8), Towhship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, said Trust Deed was given as security for the pay- ment of Trustor's Promissory Note made on the same date to First Savings Company of Grand Island, now Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., a corporation, Beneficiary, and which Trust Deed was recorded on the 1st day of November, 1983, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 005845 of such Records; and WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustor for which such Trust Deed was made has c,:curred, to -wit: Failure to make payments due September 20, 1985, and October 20, 1985, and all subsequent payments. THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trus- tee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected to consider all of the principal and interest due in consequence of said de- fault, and has elected to sell the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
