TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Case No. 90 -220 NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS You are hereby notified that on October 8 , 1986, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following - described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot One Hundred Fifty -one (151) in Belmont, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lot Twelve (12), Kentish Hills Sub- division, Hall County, Nebraska, given by the Defendants Sorgenfrei on or about October 17, 1979, to the above named Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly re- corded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 79- 006858. Plaintiff claims that there is now due on the Bond and Mortgage given by the Defendants Sorgenfrei the sum of $70,419.64, including interest computed to and including October 31, 1986, and with interest accruing thereafter at the rate of $17.80 per diem, and for other additional costs and advances necessary to protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest, and costs.
