OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, a Corporation, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Case No. 90 -220 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on October 8 , 1986, The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object and prayer <br />of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One Hundred Fifty -one (151) in <br />Belmont, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and <br />Lot Twelve (12), Kentish Hills Sub- <br />division, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />given by the Defendants Sorgenfrei on or about October 17, 1979, <br />to the above named Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly re- <br />corded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 79- 006858. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on the Bond and <br />Mortgage given by the Defendants Sorgenfrei the sum of $70,419.64, <br />including interest computed to and including October 31, 1986, <br />and with interest accruing thereafter at the rate of $17.80 per <br />diem, and for other additional costs and advances necessary to <br />protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and <br />praying for the sale of the real estate above described to <br />satisfy the amount found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest, <br />and costs. <br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Corporation, <br />Plaintiff <br />By MAYER & BURNS, Attorneys <br />305 Norwest Bank Bldg. <br />P.O.
