<br />bearing the date of 13th day of April 19 83 and recorded in the
<br />1' office of the Clerk of Hall County, State of Nebraska
<br />in No. on Page as Document No. 83- 001768
<br />on the 13th day of April 19 83 together with Notes, Debts, Liens,
<br />and all claims secured by said Mortgage /Deed of Trust and the Covenants contained in
<br />said Mortgage /Deed of Trust, and Assignor hereby covenants, promises and agrees that
<br />it is the legal and equitable owner of said Mortgage /Deed of Trust and Notes with
<br />full power to assign and sell the same.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns, forever
<br />but without recourse on the Assignor, and Assignor has affixed its Corporate Seal
