COMES NOW Petitioner, Alice Shearer, formerly Alice s Wilhelmi, and Respondent, Darryl Wilhelmi, and jointly make application to the Court to Modify the Decree of Dissolution entered by the Court on November 3, 1977, as to the following t only: 1. That the lien granted in favor of Respondent of Two Thousand five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) against the family home located on Lot Twenty -Nine (29), Kuester's Lake in Grand Island, Nebraska, be forever released as to the following des - cribed property: Lot Three (3) having a lake frontage of Forty -Six (46) Feet situated on the North side of the East portion of Kuester's Lake, formerly known as Crystal Lake, situated in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. 2. That the lien in favor of Respondent in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) shall be subordinate to any encumbrance or mortgage placed by the Petitioner with a lending institution on the following described real estate: The South Sixty -Six (66) Feet of the West One Hundred Forty -Eight and Five Tenths (148.5) Feet of Lot Eleven (11) in Yantines Subdivision located on Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW ;;) of Section Twenty - Two (22) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. �- 3. That the Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) should be paid on the earlier of any of the following: the sale of the house, Petitioner's remarriage, or Petitioner no longer her using the above- described real estate as residence. 4.
