86-- 105655 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />MAXINE L. DREVSEN, formerly MAXINE L. LAUGHLIN, and <br />DELMAR L. DREVSEN., husband and wife, each in his and her own <br />right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, <br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00):, LOVE. AND AFFECTION, <br />received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto MAxINE L. DREVSEN and DELMAR L. DREVSEN, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and <br />not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (6), in Block Thirty -two (32), in Russell <br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or <br />to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are <br />free from encumbrance, except easements of record; that <br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to <br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the <br />event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee <br />simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving <br />Grantee. <br />Dated this 1-5 day of October, 1986. <br />M.ax.ine L.
