VLACH and LINDA K. <br />VLACH, husband and wife, have on this date under an Installment <br />Sale Contract, entered into an agreement to sell to JAMES H. <br />SLOGGETT and BONNIE L. FINNIGSMIER, as joint tenants, jointly <br />and severally, the following- described real estate: <br />Part of Block Six (6), in Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part <br />of the Fast Half of the Southeast Quarter (ESC) of Section <br />Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the northeast <br />corner of Block Six (6), running thence West along the North <br />Line of said Block Six (6), a distance of Eighty (80) Feet, <br />thence south at right angles a distance of Sixty -Six (66) <br />Feet, thence East at right angles a distance of Eighty (80) <br />Feet, and thence North along the East line of said Block Six <br />(6), a distance of Sixty -Six (66) Feet to the place of beginning. <br />The Contract is for a term of three years if not paid <br />sooner. <br />DATED this ;!__L— day of September, 1986. <br />R AL J.
