Ahlschwede, Attorney at Law, is Trustee under three separate Trust Deeds all executed by Harold Cosgriff and Margaret Cosgriff, husband and wife, as trustors, the first of which is dated April 27, 1982 in which First National Bank of Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned as l'rustee and recorded on April 30, 1982 as Document No. 82- 001701 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska; the second such Trust Deed was executed by said trustors on October 27, 1983 with the First National Bank of Grand Island as Bene- ficiary and recorded on October 28, 1983 as Document No. 83- 005795 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska; the third such Trust Deed was dated April 24, 1985 with Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., as Beneficiary and filed April 29, 1985 as Document No. 85- 002028 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska; said Trustee has received from Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., the successor of Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A. and the successor of First National Bank of Grand Island, the Beneficiaries under said Trust Deeds, a written request to reconvey, reciting that a portion of the real estate referred to in the above referred to Trust Deeds should be released because of a partial settlement on the notes due Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. by the trustors; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now held by him thereunder in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
