<br />FOR DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />HELEN J. MADDOX, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />C. Ralph Maddox, Deceased, Assignor, for distribution of
<br />residuary property in the Estate of C. Ralph Maddox, Deceased,
<br />assigns, transfers and sets over to HELEN J. MADDOX and JERRY E.
<br />MADDOX, Trustees of the Testamentary Trust created in Paragraph 8
<br />of the probated last Will of C. Ralph Maddox, Deceased, all of
<br />the right, title and interest of the Estate of C. Ralph Maddox,
<br />Deceased, in the undivided one -half (1/2) interest of C. Ralph
<br />Maddox, Deceased, in the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage
<br />executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green, husband and
<br />wife, Mortgagors, to Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp and Ralph
<br />Maddox, Mortqagees, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October
<br />7, 1977, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 77- 005860, encumbering the following
<br />described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A strip of land off the east side of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. ( SW 1/4 NE 1/4) and
<br />Lot Two ( 2 ) on Island, in Section Thirteen ( 13) ,
<br />running south to north through said premises with
<br />parallel wides Twenty -Six and One -Half (26 1/2) Rods
<br />wide, containing about Twenty -Three and Two - Thirds (23
<br />213) Acres, all in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with the Promissory Note dated October 3, 1977,
<br />described in the Mortgage, and al.l money due and payable on the
<br />Mortgage, with interest, to C. Ralph Maddox, Deceased.
