<br />do by these presents agree as follows:
<br />1. The Financing Statement given by the Debtor(s) to the
<br />Secured Party under date of September 30, 1976, which on
<br />the date of September 30, 1976, was filed in the office of
<br />the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, bearing recording
<br />No. 4511, and on the date of September 18, 1981, was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Halt County,
<br />Nebraska, bearing Document No. 81- 004774, and was further
<br />renewed and extended by a document recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, bearing
<br />Document No. 81- 004775, is hereby renewed and extended
<br />from this date.
<br />2. Such Financing Statement secures a bond given the Secured
<br />Party dated August 30, 1971, in the original amount of
<br />$30,300.00, which bond was assumed by Debtor(s) on September 30,
<br />1976, (Balance as of that date $26,255.72); and the property
<br />given as security is a dwelling building, together with all
<br />wells, out - buildings, attachments, and affixed equipment,
<br />located on
<br />Lot Twenty -Two (22), situated on the West side of
<br />the West portion of Kuester's Lake, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, located on the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E''SW; -,) of Section Thirteen (13), Township

<br />Sixth P.M., Halt County, Nebraska.
