s6-- 105410 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Doris Elrod a /k /a Doris L. <br />Elrod, a single person, Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following <br />described real estate: <br />Lot Four (4), O'Neill Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance to the <br />same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or <br />demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or, any part thereof, in <br />consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage <br />to The Equitable Bu-IldIng and Loan Association of Grand island, Nebraska, <br />recorded October 16, 1979 as document. number 79- 006797, filed in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absoltute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed <br />said real estate to the Grantee for flair and adequate consideration, <br />such consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by <br />the mortgage of Grantor recorded as Document 79- 0067u7 together with <br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantor with the above mortgage. <br />Grantor declares that this convevance is freely and fairly made, and <br />that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed <br />between Grantor and Grantee, with respect to said real estate. <br />T`?
