Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on ,tune 6,_tgR6 , recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of 1@11 , and identified as document number Rfi- 102959 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: A tract of land in Lot 4, Island Sec. 11 and in the NW';; of the SWI�; and the SW';, of the NW., Island Sec. 11 -, T10N, RIOW of the 6th P.M., Hall Co., Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the W1;4 corner of said Sec. 11, thence N 0 degrees 18' 20" E along west line of the %W-4 of said Sec. 11, a distance of 622.74 feet thence S 89 degrees 41' 40" E a distance of 875.17 feet; thence S 0 degrees 18' 20" W a distance of 694.37 feet to the centerline of a 30 foot wide easement for roadway purposes; thence S 50 degrees 02' 56" W along the centerline of said 30 foot easement a distance of 51.9.30 feet; thence S72 degrees 30" W along the centerline of said 30 foot easement to the west line of said NE of the SW', a distance of 500.55 facet; thence north along the west line of said tiW of the SWZ a distance of 560.53 feet Lo the point of beginning; which 0.89 acre more of less is County Road Right of Wa\ and 0.34 acre more or less is reserved as the N'g of a 30 foot wide "Easement for rnad Purposes" on the southerly boundary of said tract. and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor(s).
