Wilkinson and Traci J_ Wilkinson, <br />et al. , Defendants., the object and prayer of which is to foreclose <br />a certain mortgage of $38,345.39, plus accruing interest thereon <br />on the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />Lot One (1), Deerfield Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />by the Defendants, Dennis L. Wilkinson and Traci J.
