<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />Di- strict Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Goldome Realty
<br />Credit Corp., is Plaintiff,. and Neal E., Snell and 'Janet E. Snell,
<br />Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to obtain an accounting from the Deferfdants, Neal -'E.
<br />Snell and Janet E. Snell, Husband and Wife, of the amount due
<br />the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by Neal E. Snell and
<br />Janet. E. Snell, Husband and Wife, to Superior Mortgage, ,rtc.,
<br />dated May 24, 19e3, and recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,. on May 25, 1983, as Document
<br />No. 133- 002605, which was assigned to Bankers' Funding an March
<br />241, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Register of heeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on July 22, 1986, as Document, No. e6-
<br />1040-67, and subsequently assigned to Goldome Realty 'Credit Corp_,
<br />on January 15, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, of Hall County, Nebraska, an July_ 22, 1986, as Document
<br />No, 86- 104058, wherein Neal E. Snell and Janet E. 'Snell, Husband
<br />and Wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following.: described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (31, Chateau Orleans, a Subdivision in the City
<br />' of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a" lien on the interest of Neal E. Snell and 'Janet E.
<br />Snell,_ and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the
<br />real testate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, .lien, claim, - .demand,
<br />and equity of redemption whatever.in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together' with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
