<br />Steven Ray Rerucha and Patricia L_ Rerueha, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the..Granttrs, in con-
<br />sideration of an exchange of property, receipt of which is hereby,
<br />acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation, in hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of-way`
<br />to construct, operate,. maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove public utilities, including but not limited to,-
<br />:sanitary
<br />sewers, storm drainage system, underground and overhead electric
<br />lines, manholes, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon,
<br />over, in and through a part of vacated Poplar Street between
<br />Eighth Street and the eastfwest alley in Blocks 2 and .3. Voitle's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand island; said easement more parti-
<br />cularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of Eighth Street;
<br />said point being sixteen (16) feet West of the Southwest
<br />corner of Lot 5 Block 2, Voitle's Addition; thence con-
<br />tinuing westerly on the North line of said Eigtith .5treet for
<br />a distance.of six (5) feet; thence North on a line. twenty-

<br />ing the rights herein granted, to clear and.keep clear of trees.
<br />roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such
<br />tract. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over,
