D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, <br />husband and wife; and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, <br />a Corporation, Defendants, the object. and prayer of which is to <br />foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following - described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (2), Western Heights Fifth Subdi- <br />vision, Hall County, Nebraska, at the <br />address commonly known as 9228. West 13th <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />given by Defendants Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A.
