<br />RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION,
<br />for valuable consideration, in hand paid, does hereby release and discharge
<br />the Real Estate Mortgage dated April 24, 1972, made and executed by Richard L.
<br />Huber and Patricia A. Huber to Small Business Administration and recorded with
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 157, at Page 074, on
<br />May 3, 1972. The feleased mortgage describes the following real estate:
<br />Lot 6, Farmington Subdivision, being a part of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE 1/4) Southwest Garter (SW 1/4), Section Twenty -one (21),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The recording official is hereby authorized and directed to discharge
<br />said Real Estate Mortgage of record, and after recording this release, to
<br />enter upon the margin of the record of said mortgage the book and page where
<br />this release is recorded, in accordance with the provisions of the statutes in
<br />such case made and provided.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Small Business Administration has caused this
<br />Release of Real Estate Mortgage to be executed by Dennis R. Bales, Supervisory
<br />Loan Specialist, Birmingham District Office, Birmingham, Alabama, pursuant to
<br />the authority contained in 47 Federal Register 2305, the contents of which
<br />publication are to be judicially noticed pursuant to 44 United States Code
<br />1507.
