86- 1040'72 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />(Under Nebraska Trust Deeds Act) <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, All part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by RICHARD L. STUDLEY and LINDA S. STUDLEY to CLAY <br />M. ROGERS as Trustee for the benefit of AVCO FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />INTERNATIONAL, INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated <br />October 24, 1983 and recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. 183- 005744 has been paid, <br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this deed of <br />reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned <br />as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the <br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said <br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such <br />premises: <br />A tract of land compromising a Part of Lot "H" Joehrnck's <br />Subdivision in the Southeast Quarter of Section Fifteen <br />(15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />Southeasterly line of MacArthur in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point being <br />Thirty -three (33) Feet Southeasterly and Three Hundred <br />Thirty -nine (339) Feet Southwesterly from the Northeast <br />Corner of said Lot "H" Joehnck's Subdivision thence <br />Southeasterly Parallel to the Northeasterly Line of Said <br />Lot "H" a distance of One Hundred Forty -One and Six <br />Tenth (141.6) Feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the <br />Northwesterly Line of said Lot "H ", a distance of <br />Fifty -eight (58) feet; thence Northwesterly parallel to <br />the Northeasterly Line of said Lot "H ", distance of One <br />Hundred Forty -one and Six Tenths (141.6) feet to the <br />southeasterly line of MacArthur Avenue; thence <br />Northeasterly parallel to the Northwesterly line of said <br />Lot "H" a distance of Fifty -eight (58) feet to the place <br />of beginning. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte- <br />nances belonging to such premises. <br />DATED: June 19, 1986 <br />rustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br />On this 19th day of June, 1986, before me the undersigned, a <br />Notary Public duly commissioned and qualified for said County, <br />personally came CLAY M.
