STUDLEY and LINDA S. STUDLEY to CLAY <br />M. ROGERS as Trustee for the benefit of AVCO FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />INTERNATIONAL, INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 3, <br />1981 and recorded in the-Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Doc. 181- 001122 has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this deed of <br />reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned <br />as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the <br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said <br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such <br />premises: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot "H ", Joehnck's <br />Subdivision in the Southeast Quarter of Section Fifteen <br />(15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point <br />on the Southeasterly line of MacArthur Avenue, in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point <br />being Thirty Three (33) feet Southeasterly and Three <br />Hundred Thirty -Nine (339) feet Southwesterly from the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot "H ", a distance of One <br />Hundred Forty and One and Six Tenths (141.6) feet; <br />thence Southwesterly parallel to the Northwesterly line <br />of said Lot "H" a distance of Fifty Eight (58) feet; <br />thence Northwesterly, parallel to the Northeasterly line <br />of said Lot "H ", a distance of One Hundred Forty One and <br />Six Tenth (141.6) Feet to the Southeasterly line of <br />MacArthur Avenue; thence Northeasterly parallel to the <br />Northwestern line of said Lot "H" a distance of Fifty <br />Eight (58) feet to the place of beginning.
