<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUPERIOR MORTGAGE,
<br />INC , ("Assignor") for good and valuable consideration to it in
<br />hand paid by BANKERS' FUNDING, organized under the laws of the
<br />State 'of California ("Assignee"), the receipt of which considera-
<br />tion is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and
<br />set over unto Assignee, all its right, title, and interest in and
<br />to that certain mortgage executed by Neal E. Snell and Janet E.
<br />Snell, husband and wife, unto Assignor, dated May 24, 1983,
<br />mortgaging the following described real property located in the
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska:
<br />hot Three (3), Chateau Orleans Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25 day of May 1983, as Document No.
<br />83- 002605, together with the note and indebtedness described in,
<br />and secured by, the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Bankers' Funding
<br />and unto its successors and assigns forever.
