<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by BP.ULE I. SInITH AND JUDITH. ANN SMITH, husband and wife ,
<br />to AREND R. BAACK, attorney ,

<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does by these presents, Grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises,

<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN-
<br />NING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWELVE (12); THENCE EASTERLY
<br />ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWELVE (12), A DISTANCE OF FORTY
<br />(40.0) FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY, A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN
<br />AND SEVEN TENTHS (118.7) FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT ELEVEN
<br />(11), BLOCK TWO (2); THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY
