Stat. 5 76 -201): A tract of land comprising the Northerly Twelve and One Tenth Feet (12.10) of the South Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (S}NJSE}), the North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NJN }SE}), and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S }NE}.) of Section Thirty (30), Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along the East line of said Section Thirty (30), a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Two (252) Feet; thence deflecting left 90° and running Westerly a distance of One Hundred Forty -Three (143) Feet; thence deflecting left 90° and running Southerly a distance of Two Hundred Fifty -Two (252) Feet; thence deflecting left 90° and running Easterly a distance of One Hundred Forty -Three (143) feet to the place of beginning, the net acreage being 119.899 acres, more or less; ALSO An undivided one- fourth (1/4) interest in that portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE}) of Section Thirty (30), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West lying South of interstate 80 and in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW }NE}) and in Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Mainland, in Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Hall County, Nebraska, which is subject to a life estate to George Opp; all subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. GRANTORS, as Personal Representatives of the Estate of Elizabeth Opp, Deceased, pending in the County Court of Iial.l County, Nebraska, execute this Deed of Distribution pursuant to the Order of the Court entered therein on July 8 , 1986, based on a Stipulation and Amendment to Stipulation regarding the respective interests of five (5) of the six (6) beneficiaries of the estate filed therein.
