<br />WITNESSETH: That Trustor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration receipt
<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants, conveys, sells and warrants to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the
<br />following described property, situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Easterly Eight Hundred Ten (810) Feet of the Southerly Three
<br />Hundred (300) Feet of Lot One (1) on Island in the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE}) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE INE})
<br />Sometimes Described as the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (EJNE})
<br />of Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; Excepting a
<br />Tract of Land Conveyed in Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No.
<br />81- 001574; and Excepting a Tract of Land Conveyed in Joint Tenancy
<br />Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No. 82- 004224; and Excepting a
<br />Tract of Land Conveyed in Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No.
<br />83- 001064. All Lines South of the South Bank of the Channel of What

<br />The intention being to convey hereby in absolute title In fee simple, including all the rights of homestead and
<br />dower, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and all of the
<br />foregoing, together with said property are herein referred to as the "Property."
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING performance of each agreeArent and covenant of Trustor herein contained
