<br />Seven (7) poles placed along the centerline of the Electric Transmission Line located over, under, upon, and
<br />across a portion of the Nit of the W.k, excepting a parcel of land described in deed to Hall County for road
<br />purposes, said parcel of land is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east county road
<br />right-of-way line which is located 33 ft. east and 564.9 ft. south of the northwest corner of said A of the
<br />NA; thence northerly on said right-of-way line to the intersection of the south county road right-of-way line a
<br />distance of 531.9 ft.; thence easterly nn said south right-of-way line a distance of 531.9 ft.; thence
<br />southwesterly along and upon the arc of a circle whose radius is 540.7 to the point of beginning. Located in
<br />Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline
<br />location of said Electric Transmission Line is described as follows: Entering the property on the southeast
<br />right-of-way line of said excepted parcel of land, 35 ft. south of the north line and 519 ft. east of the west
<br />line of said Nit of the NA; thence easterly parallel with and 2 ft. south of the south right-of-way line of a
<br />road along the north line of said Section 30, to a point, 537 ft. east of the west line of said Nh of the NW};
<br />thence easterly, at a deflection angle to the left, to a point I ft. south of the south right -of -way line of
<br />said road and 832 ft. cast of the west line of said Nit of the NV,; thence easterly at a deflection angle to the
