<br />by-the actual location of the elertric transmission line as originally constructed on said premises. The approximate location and routeofthe subject transmission

<br />One (1) pole placed along the centerline of Electric Transmission Line located over,
<br />under, upon, and across a portion of the north 245 ft, of the SE# of the NE}, Section 19,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate
<br />centerline location of said Electric Transmission Line is described as follows: Entering
<br />the property on the south line 245 ft. south of the north line of said SE} of the NE}
<br />1 ft. west of the west right -of. -way line of a road along the east line of said Section 19;
<br />thence northerly parallel with and 1 ft. west of the west right -of -way line of said road
<br />leaving the property on the north line of said SEJ of the NE}.
