<br />of -wav to construct, operate, maintain. inspect, repair, remove, alter, relocate and rt.tonstruct its electric transmission lines, inching all necessary poles,
<br />wires, guys and other equipment used in connection therewith. along a route deecrila•d herein. The centerline of the electric transmission line. shall be established
<br />by the actual location of the electric transmission line as ariginalb, constructed on raid premises. The a pproximate location and route of thesubject transmission
<br />fine is described as follow.:
<br />Six (6) poles and two (2) anchors placed along the centerline of the electric transmission
<br />line located over, tinder, upon, and across that portion of the W} of the SW} and that
<br />portion of government lot 4 on the island located west of the west right -of -way line of a
<br />road near and along the west line of Section 17, located in Section 17, Township 10 North,
<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, :Nebraska, the approximate centerline location
<br />of said Electric Transmission Line is shown on the plat identified as Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein.
