<br />of -way to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, remove, alter, relocate and reconstruct its electric transmission lines. including all necessary poles,
<br />wires, guys and other equipment used in connection therewith. along a route describt ' herein. Theeenterline of theelectric transmission line, shall be established
<br />by the actual location of the electric transmission line as originally constructed on aaid premises. The approximate hwation and mute of thesubject transmission
<br />line is described as follows:
<br />Eight (8) poles and four (4) anchors placed along the centerline of the Electric
<br />Transmission Line located over, under, upon, and across a portion of a parcel of land
<br />possessed by the grantor, to which the grantor does not have record title according to the
<br />records in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, said parcel of land is described as
<br />that portion of the W} of the SWJ located west of the west right -of -way line of a road
<br />near and along the west Line of Section 8, in Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 10 West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline location of said
<br />electric transmission line is shown or the plat identified as Exhibit "A" attached hereto
<br />and incorporated herein.
