<br />You are hereby notified that on 4} )q The Federal
<br />Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, as Plaintiff, filed its Petition and action
<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against: Jack Denman, a /k /a
<br />Jack L. Denman, and Cladys I. Denman, Husband and Wife, Timothy Denman, Bank
<br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, and John Doe and Doe, his
<br />wife, real and true names unknown, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (IN 1/2 `:W 1 /4) of
<br />Section Thirty (30), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th KM_ Hall County, Nebraska, except a
<br />tract of land more particularly described in a deed
<br />recorded in Book 125, at Page 551 in the deed records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by the Defendants lack Denman, a /k /a,lack l.. Denman, and Gladys 1.
<br />Denman, Husband and 'rife., on July 8, 1983, to the Plaintiff, The Federal land
<br />Bank of Omaha, a corporation, and that said mortgage was duly Filed for record
<br />in the Office of the Register of Creeds of Hal t County, Nebraska, on .July 8,
<br />1983, and was duly recorded as Document 'dumber 0- 003632, of the real estate
<br />mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said note and mortgage the
<br />sum of $56,602 72 as of May 20, 1986, together with interest accruing thereon
<br />at the default interest rate as provided for in said note from and after said
<br />date, and S2530 abstract fees, and for additional costs and other advances
<br />required for insurance premiums, taxes and ether costs necessary to protect
