<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That CLARENCE E. FISHER and ROGENE M. FISHER, husband and
<br />wife, Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm unto THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND

<br />Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part of the East
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (E}SEi) of

<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
