Schmitt and LaVon M. Schmitt, husband and wife, et al. , Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Deed of Trust of $41,243.33, plus accruing interest thereon on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Sixteen (16) in Fractional Block Twelve (12) in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, given by the Defendants, Alan L. Schmitt and LaVon M. Schmitt, husband and wife, on the 17th day of July, 1984 to Superior Mortgage, Inc., as beneficiary, and that said Deed of Trust was duly filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska duly recorded as Docket No. 84- 003797. Plaintiff claims that there is now due $41,243.33 on said Deed of Trust plus interest thereon and the note it was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above ;.i described to satisfy the amount found due on its Deed of Trust and interest and cost of that action.
