CARRICK, JR. and KAREN K. <br />CARRICK, husband and wife, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on June 23, 1986, The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff, <br />filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />against Bert E. Carrick, Jr and Karen K. Carrick, husband and wife, <br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose real <br />estate mortgages on the following- described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Block One (1) in <br />Le Heights Subdivision, being a part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NWhNWa) of Section Eleven (11), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />given by Defendants Carrick on or about September 19, 1969, to the <br />above -named Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />in Book 149 of Mortgages, at page 364, and one given by Defendants <br />Carrick on or about August 27, 1.980, to the above -named Plaintiff, <br />and that said mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 80- 004635. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on the first Bond <br />and Mortgage given by the Defendants the sum of $14,648.64, in- <br />cluding interest computed to and including June 30, 1986, and <br />with interest accuring at the rate of $3.11 per diem commencing <br />July 1, 1986; that there is now due on the second Bond and Mortgage <br />given by the Defendants the sum of $25,988.39, including interest <br />computed to and including June 30, 1986, and with interest accru- <br />ing at the rate of $7.99 per diem commencing July 1, 1986, and <br />for additional costs and other advances necessary to protect the <br />real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for <br />the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the <br />amounts found due on its Bonds and Mortgages, interest and <br />costs. <br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Corporation, PLAINTIFF <br />By MAYER& BURNS, Attorneys <br />305 Norwest Bank Building <br />P.O.
