<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />GRANTOR, THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a corporation
<br />created and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New
<br />Jersey and duly authorized to transact business in the State of Nebraska
<br />and GRANTEE, for and inconsideration of the sun of Ten and No /100:Dollars,
<br />and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and pursuant to authority of the Board of Directors of Grantor,
<br />by these presents does REMISE, RELEASE, ALIEN AND CONVEY unto Grantees,
<br />ROBERT L. ROHWEDER and ARLENE A. husband and wife, in joint tenancy
<br />and not as tenancy in common, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns,.FOREVER,
<br />all the following described land located in the County'of Hail, State
<br />of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED ON EXHIBIT "A"
<br />SUBJECT TO, general real estate taxes for the year 1986 and subsequent
<br />years, use and occupancy covenants, conditions and restrictions of record;
<br />private, public, utility and drainage easements and rights of way of record;
<br />building, building line and use and occupancy restrictions; special taxes or
<br />assessments for improvements not yet completed; installments not yet due on
<br />the date hereof of any special taxes or assessments for improvements
<br />heretofore completed; building and zoning laws and ordinances; roads and
<br />highways; drainage ditches, feeders and laterals; matters of survey; and
<br />existing crops and leases, if any.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
<br />reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, Grantor,
<br />either in law or equity, of, in and to the above described premises, with the
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises as
<br />above described, with the appurtenances, unto Grantee, and Grantee's heirs
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor, for itself, and its successors, does covenant, promise and
<br />agree, to and with Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns, that it has not
<br />done or suffered to be done, anything whereby the said premises hereby
<br />granted are, or may be, in any manner incumbered or charged, except as herein
<br />recited; and that the said premises, against all persons lawfully claiming,
<br />or to claim the same, by, through or under it, it WILL WARRANT AND FOREVER
<br />DEFEND.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused its corporate seal to be hereto
<br />affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to these presents by its Vice
<br />President, and attested by its Assistant Secretary, the day and year first
<br />above written.
