REEVES, an unmarried woman, Assignor, does here- <br />by assign to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Assignee, as additional security for payment of a loan <br />made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of <br />Forty Thousand and no /100---- - - - - -- Dollars ($ 40,000.00 ), the <br />Lease dated June 1, 1986, for the following described premises: <br />Lot Seven (7), having a lake front footage of <br />86 feet, situated on the East side of the West <br />portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EkSW:) <br />in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly <br />side by the common road; such lot is as shown on <br />a plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />A copy of such Lease is hereto attached. <br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebted- <br />ness of Forty Thousand and no/ 100---------------------------------- f)ollars <br />($ 40,000.00 ) with interest and according to the provisions of <br />the bond and financing statement given by her to the Assignee, <br />that this Conditional Assignment of said lease will thereafter <br />be null and v(-)id and of no further force or effect. <br />DATED this -_/Z27-day of June, 1986. <br />CAROL,,VN S.
