The persons against whose interest in the real estate <br />is claimed is: Jose Alcorta and Marsha Ogden. <br />3. The name and address of the claimant is: Jim Schultz, <br />1711 Lariat Lane, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. <br />4. The names and addresses of the persons with whom the <br />claimant contracted is Jose Alcorta and Marsha Ogden, 211 West <br />Seventh Street, Grand Island; Nebraska 68801 and Vernon Piehl, <br />1312 West Fifth, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. <br />5. A general description of the claimant's services per- <br />formed or to be performed or materials furnished or to be fur- <br />nished for the improvement and contract price is: labor and <br />materials for remodeling the property described in paragraph 1 <br />above and the charge is more particularly set forth on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set <br />forth herein. <br />6. The amount unpaid, whether due or not, to the claimant <br />for the services or materials is $913.71. <br />7.
