Bostick and Sandra K. Bostick on Juiy 1 <br />1980 to Mortgage Pius, Inc., which Mortgage was duly filed of record in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July 1, 1980 as <br />Document No. 80- 003157. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned by Mortgage <br />Plus, Inc. to the Plaintiff, formerly known as First Denver Mortgage Company, <br />by a written instrument filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on April il, 1986 as Document No. 86- 101759. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Mortgage and Note the <br />principal sum of $39,386.33 plus authorized advances and interest at the rate <br />provided in the Note and Mortgage until the same are paid in full.
