That your affiant was the settlor of a trust entitled <br />P.C.S. Family Preservation Trust and is a trustee of said <br />trust. <br />2. That your affiant transferred, into the P.C.S. Famil"; <br />Preservation Trust, the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NEsNW;) of Section Twenty -Three <br />(23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M. in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That tht original trustees of the P.C.S. Fa mil- <br />Preservation Trust were Ethel B. Rezabek, Kenneth Ross and <br />Ron Owings. That Ron Owings resigned on , -Iav 21, 1980, and <br />your affiant, Carl A. Rezabek, was nominated and elected to <br />the Board of Trustees on said date. <br />4. That the present trustees of the P.C.S. Family <br />Preservation Trust are Ethel B. Rezabek, Kenneth Ross and <br />Carl A. Rezabek. <br />5. That your affiant has caused to be filed in the <br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, a copy of the P.C.S. <br />Family Preservation Trust and the same is recorded in <br />File No. GC86 -22. <br />6. That on the !S � h <br />day of t•1ay, 1.986, the Board of Trustees <br />for P.C.S. Family Preservation Trust unanimously voted, for <br />one dollar and other good and valuable consideration to transfer <br />the above described real estate to Carl Rezabek and Ethel <br />B.
