DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 86-- 102203 <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned William G. Blackburn of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State <br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated April 1, <br />1985, executed by Thomas L. Hornbacher, as Trustor, in which <br />Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Bene- <br />ficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Document No. 85- 001543, and <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points <br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey <br />reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has <br />been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to recon- <br />vey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the <br />provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate <br />now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following - <br />described real property: <br />Lot Five (5) of Park Gardens Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed <br />of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on May 2, 1986. <br />William G.
