Weedin, a single <br />person, Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm <br />unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Ten (10), Agro Third Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance to the <br />same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or <br />demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in <br />consideration of the full. cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage <br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />recorded July 31, 1978, as document number 78- 004766, filed in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall.
