KNOX, husband and wife, of Hall County, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00) in hand paid, do hereby sell and convey unto KNOX CONSTRUCTION, INC., of Hall County, Nebraska, the Following described premises situated in Hall County and State -f Nebraska, to -wit: A. Lot Two (2), Knox Subdivisica to Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, and B. Lot Two (2), Capital Heights Fifth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all the rights of homestead and dower.
