<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns
<br />and transfers to GRAND ISLAND TRAVELODGE, a copartnership consisting
<br />of TRAVELODGE INTERNATIONAL, INC., a California corporation; RAYMOND
<br />E. GLASNAPP; and MELBOURNE ROMNEY, JR., and JANICE McCUNE ROMNEY,
<br />as Trustees of the Melbourne Romney, Jr. Family Trust dated January
<br />7, 1986, that certain lease made and entered into on December 5,
<br />1962, between ALBERT W. HEDGECOCK, also known as W. W. HEDGECOCK,
<br />and RUTH E. HEDGECOCK as Lessor, and THE TRAVELODGE CORPORATION,
<br />as Lessee, recorded, December 5, 1962, Book 11, Page 252 of Miscel-
<br />laneous Records of Hall county, Nebraska, together with all improve-
<br />ments and all personal property owned by assignor located on the
<br />real property described therein;
<br />EXCEPTING n-ny interest in the moneys representing the
<br />lease deposit advanced by THE TRAVELODGE CORPORATION under the
<br />terms of said lease.
