CLARK; CLARA ) <br />SHULTZ; GEORGE CLAYMAN; BILL <br />HOLOMEK; and DeANN REMALY, ) <br />Defendants. ) <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 11 <br />You are hereby notifed that on April, 1986, The Equit- <br />able Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, against Paul M. Clark; Sharon L. Clark Bennett and Wayne <br />Bennett, her husband; Ray J. Clark; Clara Shultz; George Clayman; <br />Bill Holomek; and DeAnn Remaly, Defendants, the object and prayer <br />of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1) , in Block One Hundred Thirty (130) , in <br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Is- <br />land, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />given by Defendants Paul M. Clark, Sharon L. Clark Bennett, and <br />Ray J.
