Rev. Stat. 0 76 -201) in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided One -Half interest in and to the South Half <br />(S}) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12), North, <br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., containing 320 <br />acres more or less. <br />Grantors and Grantees further agree that this quitclaim deed is <br />a full and complete release of any obligation of Grantee and <br />Grantor contained in a certain "Agreement for Sale and Purchase <br />of Real Estate" dated the 2 day of March 1979, by and between <br />Orville Hulme and Erna Hulme and Doyle L. Hulme and Kay V. <br />Hulme and Lois J. Hughes and Harlan G.
