DRFIKOSEN, <br />husband and wife, identified as "Trustors" under a certain Deed <br />of Trust dated _Jj ;1 « , 1986, to be entered into among <br />Trustors, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, "Trustee ", and <br />RICHARD B. LOCKWOOD and CAROLINE B. I.00KWOOD, "Beneficiaries ", <br />hereby acknowledge that this Acknowledgement is made prior to <br />their execution of that Deed of Trust in respect to that real <br />estate described as Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty -Two (22), in <br />Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that they know and understand that (a) the Deed of <br />Trust to be executed by Trustors is a Trust Deed and not a <br />Mortgage and (b) that the power of sale provided for in the Deed <br />of Trust provides essentially different rights and obligations to <br />the Trustors than a Mortgage in the event of default or breach of <br />obligation. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this <br />Acknowledgement on this Is- day of _�f`j1 1986. <br />Duane D.
