WELLS and DIANE M_ WELLS, Grantors, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys <br />to the Administrator of Veteran's Affairs, an Officer of the <br />United States of America, his successors, and assigns„ Grantee, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. §76 -201), in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of Lot Eight (8), in Block Twenty Eight (28), in <br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br />Block Twenty Eight (28), Russel Wheeler's Addition; <br />thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Northerly <br />right of way line of 10th Street for One Hundred Six <br />and Two Tenths Feet (106.2) to the true point of <br />beginning; thence continuing along the said Northerly <br />right of way line of 10th Street for Fifty One Feet <br />(51); thence in a Northwesterly direction for One <br />Hundred Thirty Two and Seven Hundredths Feet (132.07) <br />Feet to a point on the Southerly line of a 16 feet wide <br />alley; thence in a Southwesterly direction along the <br />Southerly line of said alley for Fifty One Feet (51); <br />thence in a Southeasterly direction for One Hundred <br />Thirty Two and Eight Hundredths (132.08) Feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold <br />said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, <br />such consideration, in addition to that above recited, being full <br />satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Michael L. Wells and Diane M.
