<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms cf a certain Deed of Trust dated January 11, 1984, and
<br />filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 000521 on January 31,
<br />1984, wherein Neil A. Burr and Pamela D. Burr, husband and wife,
<br />were identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the
<br />obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of
<br />Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and published as
<br />required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76,
<br />Article 10 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I AREND R. BAACF, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated January 11, 1984, filed for record with the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No_ 84- 000521, herein
<br />called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty -
<br />three Thousand and no /100 ---------- - - - - -- Dollars ($33,000.00 )
<br />to be applied as a credit against indebtedness owing from Trustor
<br />to Beneficiary therein, received from Grantee, do hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Home
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, herein
<br />called the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Fourteen (14),
<br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the buildings, improvements, hereditamerts and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
