<br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST- CORPORATION
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUPERIOR MORTGAGE,
<br />INC., ( "Assignor ") for good and valuable consideration to it in
<br />hand paid by BANKERS' FUNDING, organized under the laws of the
<br />State of California ( "Assignee "), the receipt of which considera-
<br />tion is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and
<br />set over unto Assignee, all its right, title, and interest in and
<br />to that certain Deed of Trust executed by Michael L. Wells and
<br />Diane M. Wells, husband and wife, unto Assignor, dated April 25,
<br />1983, mortgaging the following described real property located in
<br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska:
<br />Part of Lot Eight (8), in Block Twenty Eight (28), in
<br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said
<br />Block Twenty Eight (28), Russel Wheeler's Addition;
<br />thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Northerly
<br />right of way line of 10th Street for One Hundred Six
<br />and Two Tenths (106.2) Feet to the true point of begin-
<br />ning; thence continuing along the said Northerly right
<br />of way line of 10th Street for Fifty One (51) Feet;
<br />thence in a Northwesterly direction for One Hundred
<br />Thirty Two and Seven Hundredths (132.07) Feet to a
<br />point on the Southerly line of a 16 feet wide alley;
<br />thence in a Southwesterly direction along the Southerly
<br />line of said alley for Fifty One (51) Fe,,t; thence in a
<br />Southeasterly direction for One Hundred Thirt.y Two and
<br />Eight Hundredths (1.32.08) Feet to the point of begin-
<br />ning,
<br />and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27 day of April 1983, as Document
<br />No. 83- 002059, together with the note and indebtedness described
<br />in, and secured by, the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Bankers' Funding
<br />Corporation and unto its successors and assigns forever.
