101$12 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST- CORPORATION <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUPERIOR MORTGAGE, <br />INC., ( "Assignor ") for good and valuable consideration to it in <br />hand paid by BANKERS' FUNDING, organized under the laws of the <br />State of California ( "Assignee "), the receipt of which considera- <br />tion is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and <br />set over unto Assignee, all its right, title, and interest in and <br />to that certain Deed of Trust executed by Michael L.
